• You can cancel this order within 7 days of placing your order with us.
• You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging.

All Items are shipped by First Class post in the UK, or by Air Mail outside the UK, and a standard postal charge of £5.50 will be applied. Moneyback Guarantee & Returns Policy Customers must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning any item(s) ordered from The Sharp Practice Ltd.

Returns will be authorised for the following reasons:

(i) Customers are in receipt of an unsatisfactory item which is considered to have been misleadingly described.
(ii) Customers are in receipt of goods damaged in transit
(iii) Customers are in receipt of defective goods

To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, please phone or email The Sharp Practice sales team giving the following details:

• Customer ID and Order ID
• Name and address
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for returns request and nature of damage or defect
• Date of receipt of goods

Customers must request a Returns Authorisation Number within 28 days of receipt of goods.

For items returned for reason (i) above, customers are entitled to a full credit or refund for the item value as invoiced. Goods returned by customers should be securely packed so that items may be resold if necessary. The Sharp Practice Ltd reserves the right to refuse inadequately packed returns.

For items returned for reasons (ii) or (iii) above, The Sharp Practice Ltd will provide a replacement. If the item is no longer available, a full credit or refund will be issued.

We regret that we cannot refund Postage & Packing. We recommend that you obtain a "proof of posting" certificate from the Post Office to act as a confirmation of all returns. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

Orders for items not yet despatched may be cancelled at any time, without penalty. You are also entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days from the day after receipt of your goods. All we ask is that you return the goods sealed and unopened, in saleable and mint condition together with all original packaging. The Sharp Practice Ltd is not liable for any loss however it arises. Please be sure that you take reasonable steps to ensure that you have proof of return and that your items are returned securely.
